Every Sunday 11 am Eucharist
Every Wednesday 12.45-1.15 Eucharist (said)
Fourth Sunday of the month 11.00 am All age service

Everyone is welcome at all services. We have a Children's Corner in church. Children can play there, supervised by their parent/carers, during the service if they wish.

All Sunday services are followed by refreshments served in the North Aisle. During the summer months refreshments are served in the North Aisle on Wednesdays. When the weather gets colder the Refreshments are served in the Vestry Hall, it is usually warmer in there!

From April until October the Church is open to visitors, every Wednesday, from 11am until 12.45 when the mid week service begins. Please come along and join us for a refreshing drink, a snack or just a chat, we are hoping to be open more often and for longer...

The All age service, is conducted by a lay reader and is perhaps a little more informal, young children are very welcome (At any time). As is anyone who might feel a little uneasy about coming to Church, you are all most welcome, regardless of age, origins, country of Birth or Religion.

We also do the usual services of Marriage, Baptism and Funerals.

We also host an Eritrean orthodox litury after our own Sunday service, and from the 28th of November 2016 on the forth Sunday of the Month we also host a Serbian orthodox Church, in such a Multicultural City this is a good Opportunity, The Church gets more use and we all get along just fine.

Open the Book
St. Margaret's has a team of volunteers who regularly lead 'Open the Book' assemblies in 2 local primary schools, Fosse Rd and Slater St. The team also help host school educational visits to St. Margaret's. Both Fosse and Slater schools hold carol services at Christmas every year.

Please see NEWS for special Events and Services

If you just happen to be passing by and notice the Church is surrounded by fencing this is part of our work maintenance program to preserve this beautiful building.
But we as usual are OPEN for Services, coffee mornings, hymns and prayers, tea and coffee! Entry will be via the west door or Vestry hall door, at the back or north side of the Church.
